Job Summary:

All Dogs Unleashed is a fast-paced and growing dog training, boarding, and daycare company. We specialize in training puppies, as well as rehabilitating older dogs with behavioral issues. As a Trainer, you would train the dogs and then spend two, to three hours coaching the families to show them the ways to reinforce all the ways we do things to ensure the training works for them at home as well.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Train dog
• Coach families
• Ensure customer service is top-notch
• Maintain quality control across all areas of the company
• Provide leadership and direction to members
• Work closely with the owner to develop and implement strategies for growth

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of e
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Knowledge of dog training and/or care is a plus

Other details:

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, with potential bonus structure down the road.
